SINGLE CENTRIFUGE AIR FILTERS

These units are designed to eliminate neat and soluble oil mists, with small quantities of solid dusts. Thanks to their three filtration stages (2 static and 1 dynamic) they guarantee a very high degree of efficiency. The centrifugal action instantaneously re-condenses the captured mists, bringing them back to their liquid state. The re-collected oil is sent back to the machine tool through the drainage pipe. This version is suitable for all machine tool applications and their auxiliary systems (cleaning, heat treatments etc.).

 

DOUBLE CENTRIFUGE AIR FILTERS

These units are an exclusive Losma project and - for this kind of technology - they represent the highest filtration level available on the market. They are designed to eliminate fine-mists and vapours from neat and soluble oil. The double centrifugal action and the 4 filtration stages (2 dynamic and 2 static) are able to capture particles from 10 down to 0.5 microns. This version is suitable for all machine tool applications for metalworking.
